To me, that meant everything.July 27-30: North Augusta, South CarolinaAfter returning from Chile, Walker played in one more major event to culminate her summer. Her Boo Williams team went 5-2 and made the semifinals at the Nike Nationals.Four countries, three continents, one summer. Some 30,000 miles. Whew.Next?A deep breath. Perhaps. But not for long -- theres that whole choosing-a-college thing still on her to-do list.Walker said she will take the one-hour car trip to the Virginia campus sometime late this month. Shell then visit the University of Texas from Sept. 2-5, leaving the Longhorns campus one day before she starts her senior year at Monacan.After that, Walker will tour Connecticut on Sept. 15-18 and Notre Dame on Sept. 23-25 before making what promises to be an incredibly difficult choice.Walker, though, said she cant wait.Im looking forward to it, she said.
