The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that surveillance video of Oklahoma running back Joe Mixons punch must be released to the public, according to the Tulsa World and The Oklahoman newspapers. Justices ruled in favor of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters, which had been suing for the videos release under the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
